Waste Of Time
I’ve been waiting over 3 months for my phone to be unlocked and still no joy. I have sent a number of messages asking for an update but not one reply! They have obviously not heard of customer service!

No response from messages or emails took £32 from my account for an £8 unlock, never got the service i paid for, i have now put it in the hands of the fraud squad, do not deal with them if you do deal with them at your peril, keep an eye on the charges they put on your account

Rubbish. The So-called Instructions Are Confusing,
Rubbish. The so-called instructions are confusing, very badly written, full of spelling mistakes, grammatical errors and are not necessarily applicable to your phone at all. Oh yes, they don't reply to emails. They may be one of the cheapest services and you get what you paid for: zilch

I Had To Unlock My Sony Ericsson K510i, Which I Ha
I had to unlock my Sony Ericsson K510i, which I had discontinued using since 2006. I contacted world-unlock.net and paid around £4 for it. I was promised some one will contact me within 24 hrs.
Thereafter I read these reviews and was apprehensive that may be I am conned.
However, within 10hrs, Charles from world-unlock contacted me and provided me with all the necessary softwares/files and details to unlock my phone.
I struggled a bit with the instructions and some files (I found and downloaded for free, the alternate flash and fs files frome somewhere else to use during my unlocking). I successfully unlocked my phone shortly thereafter.
When I informed world-unlock about all this and said I have successfully unlocked my mobile, they imdtly refunded my money through paypal. I was thinking why did this when I realized that I had also mentioned that I had difficulty understanding some of their instructions and had to use some files from elsewhere.
I decided to write this review for them, and want to state again - They are a good bunch of people and helped me unlock my phone. And not only that, my money was refunded fully when I mentioned I had difficulty following their instructions.

Thank you for your review and the refund link. World Unlock failed to find a code for my mobile and promised a refund within 5 days which did not come. They did not reply to my emails either so I tried your link and if was refunded in less than 2 minutes. I think that they believe that just because the service is cheap that nobody will bother chasing up the refund for the failed service if they make it awkward enough. After all, the refund site is not mentioned in their World Unlock site. Thanks once again for your help.
