I paid unlockscout.com for an unlock code but never received it. I sent several messages to the provided support email. They responded to my inquiries twice before I sent a payment. After the payment I never heard back from them despite several more messages requesting the code. This is clearly a very dishonest company and should not be trusted.

Awesome experience! It was so nice to work with a company that was not only fast and efficient but more than helpful!! A rare jewel in todays society!!! I had a simple question and found someone willing to take their time and chat with me!!

I first had Unlockscout unlock an iphone 3GS in 2012/13. The unlock went without a hitch, though it took a few days to complete. I have since then unlocked several iphones ranging from 3GS to 5S--each time without problem. I have mostly dealt with a gentleman by the name Nilton (through Facebook, email, and chat) and he's been extremely helpful, courteous and patient. The site has 24-hour chat service that can be useful for following up or for getting instructions. I'm very satisfied with the service I've received so far and will happily deal with it again.
