Excellent customer service! The first unlock did not work, so I sent an email letting them know of the problem. Right away I got a response back that the team was working on it and I would have a response within 12 hours. But I didn't have to wait 12 hours. My iphone was factory unlocked within 4 hours. Horrible Company and Horrible Customer Service. I requested my phone to be unlocked last month, my credit card was charged and it never got unlocked. I emailed SEVERAL TIMES to request assistance and it takes days for someone to to even respond to me. My last email when I emailed how to get a refund, NOBODY replied !!!! How CAN I request a refund ?

I ordered the unlocking of my iPhone 6 Plus on last Thursday 9/25 and received the confirmation email on Friday (much quicker than expected). Went thru the backup and restore procedure in 40 minutes or so. I was expecting the Congratulations unlocked screen on iTunes but there was none. I poped in a "foreign" SIM that I got 2 months ago, and did not get the nasty "Invalid SiM" message. It happens to "roam" on AT&T service so I could not really validate. Finally I walked into T-Mobile store and borrowed their SIM and confirmed getting their LTE service in my new iPhone 6 Plus. I am really happy. Only wish the device is a bit cheaper.

Loved it. All I had to do was enter my e-mail address, enter the phone imei and done. That's what I call simple. 24 hours later the phone was unlocked. Thx. and keep up the good work.
