No Response To My Emails Long After Code Due

I ordered a code on 29.12.16. They said it would take 2-8 days. It's been over 11 working days now. I've tried to contact them using the form on the website - it goes blank when I click send. I've tried emailing them using the email address that they confirmed my registration with. I don't want to phone their 10p a minute 0871 premium rate phone line as I've paid out enough money already. Read other reviews and it looks like they don't answer it anyway. Will probably have to write to them now to claim my money back. Overall a very frustrating experience and no unlock code to show for it.

Same here. Been waiting since 29 DEC 16. No code. No response to email. Will write and ask for money back but not holding breath. Doesn't help with the phone either - still need the code. Will let GiffGaff know how bad the service is as I got the link to mobileunlockcodes.co.uk from their website.

Know exactly how you're feeling. Made my purchase on the 14th Dec 2016 quoted 1-3 days. Have allowed for Christmas but now 17 working days and still no code. No answer to my email messages and no answer on the telephone either. Trying to find a way to make an official complaint. Appears to only be one director of the parent company Telecom Tasks.

Don't Use!

Supposedly Instant, paid my £4.99 and still sitting in processing looking at other review sites looks like they have died or something, tried ringing them no answer tried messaging them... nothing. When you look at the contact address it's simply a rubbish house in Northampton (Google street view) This is NOT a big company but some woman (look at their accounts on companies house!) All in all, don't waste your money! I'm now claiming my money back through indemnity (Interesting look at their terms and conditions if you try apparently this wench will try to invoice you for £150 for reclaiming your £4.99 lol good look with that! RIP OFF!

Excellent Unlocking Service, Exactly As Promised On Website

I used this service for the first time a few weeks ago. I have never used an unlocking service before and was rather apprehensive. The service was absolutely excellent. Very easy to use, you just need the IMEI number, model, make and the network the phone is locked to. I was sent the code within three working days, and it worked immediately and was so simple. You can track progress of your order which was very useful. In terms of cost, it was far cheaper than the other websites I looked at, and also cheaper than using a local specialist. They checked with me that the code works, and go through details of what to do if it doesn't.

Worst Support Ever

Once paid and recieved a code you are well and truely on your own. If you have a problem don't bother calling the number on the "contact us" section of the website as "there is nobody to answer the phone", email response is painfully slow and simply directs you to another email address. It's too late for me and I have now requested a refund, I won't hold my breath or be checking my bank account too often.

Don't Worry About Anything This Is Great And Works Perfect

Like the title says this is a great service and worked for me 1st time with no worries of problems. I was a bit nervous before but thought I need my iPhone 6 unlocked so I went for it. Now I'm so glad I did, it works perfectly and also took 5 mins once my email came through 3 days after payment as I was told.

Great service highly recommend using them if you need an unlocking code.

Quick And Easy

ordered code Sunday received and unlocked on Monday morning. Time stated was up to 3 days so very impressed . asked Tesco to unlock it over a week ago for free(they can apparently take up to 28 days). I am paying for a contract sim so decided to paid for a code. I am now using my sim that has been waiting to go in my phone. Will use this company again if needed in the future.

Would Not Recommend To My Worst Enemy

Heard fairly good reviews about the site. It says clearly that they have a money back guarantee. After all 5 unlock codes did not work, and their automatic helpdesk did not solve the problem, I tried to contact anyone from the company via phone and email. The number provided to contact them did not even ring through, and the email I thought I had sent through their website, did not confirm the email had been sent. Waste of time and money.
