I submitted the information on their webpage and the code with instructions was emailed back to me within half and hour of me paying for the unlock code.

Really Fast service and I had a little problem with the Unlock Code because my phone was in Freeze Mode. I was able to contact them on their online chat feature and they were able to talk me through it(Using a Defreeze Code) This was my own fault because I had tried other codes myself before getting proper code from them. Only took a few minutes and hey presto phone is now sim free.
