Again I paid my subscription and received no refund and no unlock. I emailed and nothing back, no wonder they disappeared with lots of creditors cash, swindlers! So if the company does answer then refund me.

I made the donation and received an unlock code instantly. The code did not work. Contacted them three times and they did not respond. This service is a complete rip off. They are thiefs.

In one word superb! My code came as fast as expected, if not faster and the customer service was perfect in helping me through the process. Thank you so so much for this, you have been so helpful and have my gratitude

A bit of a good experience from me, they said they'd supply a code and they did...very happy with the service they gave me. Seems a shame they're shut now according to others here

I've used these guys several times from my store to unlock customers phones, why are you no longer here! Finding it hard to find a new site as reliable, sure they didn't always manage to unlock but for the price and the speed at which they got my codes out my customers were happy.

Hope you come back again in the future and it's a shame to see you go guys, thanks for the past business and good luck for the future. Samir

I paid this company to unlock my phone in September and within a couple of days they told me that they couldn't do it and said they would refund the money. 3 months later I still haven't had a refund. I have emailed them 3 times and each time they say the payment will be with me within 10 days. I think their plan is that I will forget but even though it is for just £8.99 I am determined to get the refund as I hate being lied to.

I used these a while ago and was impressed by the service received, my phone was unlocked and is still working. I recently tried to unlock my sons phone but they don't seem to be in business anymore which is a shame, so the loss of a star lol.

Like many others I paid for an iphone 4 to be unlocked. Got an immediate response saying my phone could not be unlocked but gave some useless advice instead. I asked for a refund which was agreed but have since heard nothing and NO REFUND - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Couldn't Unlock phone, and detailed software way beyond the average Computer User...! 4 months since order placed, some contact, but assume it's all auto generated... It's got to be the worst experience I've had on line...! Doesn't look like a company to be trusted, if at all, but still out there, beware...!!!
