The service was terrible and appears to be a scam on the basis that they take your money and offer no goods in return. I was refunded after raising a paypal dispute and contacting the Office of Fair Trading. Don't deal with these guys. They make money from those that don't have the knowledge or inclination to push for a refund.

Paid my money, could not unlock the phone and said they would refund which they said their 'accounts dept' would send. Think he means when he gets round to writing the cheque. But guess what, after many promises and many emails to him not a single penny returned. Do not use them!!!

Rubbish service, After hanging them with more than 12 days I got my code done from http://justimei.com. Brilliant service. Got Orange UK Iphone unlocked in just 2 days. I must say, they are best. Highly recommended for any Imei unlocking for UK Networks.

BTW I don't have any personal link with them except the wonderful service they provided to me. Thanks.

This is a scam. They told me they couldn't unlock my phone and would refund my money. They never did and none of the email addresses they provided were real. When I replied the domain unlocksuperstore.co.uk came back as not existing!

DO NOT TRUST.I wish i'd read these reviews before throwing money at this company. How can we give no stars on rating, or for this company, needs to be negative. Supplied the details, paid via paypal. Need a MEP code for a Blackberry. Had nothing back. STAY CLEAR AND DO NOT USE.

I tried to get a code for my nokia. This company should not be trusted at all. I reckon this person whose name i think is Nigel takes the money and then doesn't both to supply the service. By the time you find out whats happening you cannot complain to paypal or some people dont bother because they cannot be bothered to ask for a refund.

I've had the same experience - they are cowboys. They must be making quite a lot of money ripping people off. DON'T give them any more. They won't unlock your phone and, although they will generate messages assuring you about a refund you WON'T get it. If it happens to you open a dispute before it's too late. They should be stopped. I would give them minus stars if I had the option !

I had the same experience with these cowboys as most other people. Said they couldn't do it, refund would take seven days. After seven working days no refund, e-mailed them warning I would start paypal refund process within 24 hours if no reply. Within 24 hours was refunded with no explanation. DON'T go near these guys, they make money off people who don't chase down their refund.

I paid for an unlock code today,still waiting.I thought these were supposed to be instant. I believe I have been ripped off as I have emailed Unlock Superstore with no reply. I will now contact Paypal for refund and go elsewhere.

Had there been a 0 star I would have chosen it fro unlock superstore! In hindsight I thought at the time the prices were too good to be true...and they were. Apalling service, 4 days after paying and no sign of a code or an explaination as to why they didn't deliver the goods within the 24 hours they promise. I've requested a refund through Paypal.

I'm sure many people will just let it go because of the small amount of money lost but please don't because thats how they make their money which I'm sure is alot!
