At 24.99 you really can't go wrong. The amount of time you can waste looking for a way around it certainly makes it worth it to take advantage of this fast service. Once you have the codes in your hand it is a very well explained 20 second process to unlock the phone. Customer service is fast an efficient as well! great company to deal with. Do not use this service. I regret not reading the reviews in this Review Centre beforehand.It is a lesson for me.

Payment was taken immediately from PayPal upon receipt of my order just after 5pm on Friday.The website states that it will send out the BlackBerry unlock code in 2-3 minutes. Yet they send an email to say it is on hold and to call on a premium line which is only open till 2pm weekdays. They say to contact this email which does not exist:

"Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.

:

Remote host said: 550 sorry, no mailbox here by that name"

Paid instantly for a code to be emailed to me, which it indeed was, but didn't work. When I emailed customer services I got no reply. Their helpline states OPEN 9AM TO 2AM GMT yet when I called them at 9pm I got the busy tone the first few trys and then the answering machine telling me the lines are now closed and repeated the 9am to 2am message! Incredible.

The fact that the code does not work means I have now few tries left before my phone is useless. Even with a refund this cannot be ammended, and for a refund I now have to VIDEO! myself wasting another code attempt.

They succeed to unlock my Blackberry Curve 3G after I tryed unsuccesfully with codes buyed on another web site.

The customer service has been fast on answering to my mails.

I am very grateful to this online company for providing me with the unlock method and code for my Blackberry. The phone operator that I bought the phone from told me that they had no record of the phone (IMEI code) and it must belong to another provider! This phone even has their company logo on it and I have the receipt. Im sure through a lot of hassle they would have got the code but I saved myself the effort and used the PhoneUnlockers.

At first the code they gave me didn't work but their customer service replied back very quick seeking more handset info and quickly replied with a new code that worked first time. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs a handset unlocked. Appreciate their help, my old blackberry will now be re-homed and Ill keep to my iphone. Thanks Again. Do not use this service. I paid fee and never received the unlock code. Never received refund either despite several emails.
