Sent my iPhone 3GS off to get the screen fixed and a new battery. When my phone came back it did not work at all- ok the screen had been replaced, but the phone would not turn on. I then had to pay to send it back to 'The Apple Guys' - at a cost to me. When I eventually got my phone back it seemed that no new battery had been put in the phone as the charge lasted less time than before.

Not impressed at all- especially when I e-mailed about this problem and about being reimbursed for having to send the phone back- no response.

Don't bother using these guys- there are no so many other places that must be more dependable!

I smashed my screen on my iPhone 4, I had got the upgrade on my contract for 24months!! 2 days earlier, I nearly started to cry when I thought I had broke it beyond repair. I got several quotes, and decided that these guys seemed worth trying, although I was unsure about sending my iPhone through the post...

I sent it in, got an email saying they had received it and it was due to be repaired that day. They rang me later in the day to take payment and it was back with me the next day. I was on pins sending my iPhone through the post, but two days after sending it I had it back good as new.

I would highly recommend the apple guys to anyone.
