Some random issue happened and they didn't receive my order, although I got charged by paypal. The contact form on their website is broken, and I couldn't reach them until I tried this small interactive 'Contact Us' button in the bottom right corner of the main page. Someone instantly replied, and then instantly sent me the my unlock code, which worked.

I requested a unlock code for my Galaxy S7 Edge on AT&T and within a day or so I got my unlock code. I typed it in, which was a pretty straightforward process and it was unlocked! Now I can switch between T-Mobile and AT&T on the fly. These guys are great!
