Absolutely Amazing
I'm not sure why there were that many bad reviews. They were very quick with returning my code, customer service was available when I needed them aswell.
I would personally recommend them to everyone, super prompt service and the code worked perfectly well.
Also, thank you Quickphoneunlock for your awesome service! Keep up the good work.
I ordered an unlock code for AT&T HTC and LG and they both came in within an hour, when you place an order there is a processing time that differs based on which phone.
No Unlock After 20+ Days. Paypal Issued Refund.
No unlock after 20+ days even after chatting with their on-line support reps twice. Paypal issued me a refund. Don't waste your money and time!

They only unblock your phone for 30 day. After 30 days the phone was blocked again.
Tried to contact them with no response.

Satisfied
i was sent a code, in which was not working and i reported through an email designed to reply for any concerns. after an hour i got the right code.
My suggestion is,
Include the network provider while asking information about the phone.

I Wouldn't Recommend To An Enemy Let Alone A Friend
My experience is similar to others here, After 24 hours, no code. Chat with support they say I'll have the code in 5 hours. Well it's now 39 hours after placing my order and no code. Chat support tells me it's in processing and that it's delayed. I kind of figured that out on my own. Asked to chat with a supervisor, I was told he worked late and wouldn't be available until after 1 PM. I think this is a sham and I've initiated a dispute with paypal. Wish me luck.

The Code Worked
I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 locked to Bell Mobility (Canada).
The code I received worked. It wasn't that quick though. After the 24h they said it would take, I contacted them. Using their LiveChat featured, they quickly checked the status of my order. I was told there was problems with Bell Mobility, and it would take another day or so. In the end it took 4 days. But the SIM Unlock Code did work, not I can use a SIM card from any carrier (that my phone's radio is compatible with).

Slow Unlock Codes
This company quickphonesunlock sent my unlock code almost 12 hours past there promise. ... I sent an email and live chat requesting them to cancel my order ... not a response nothing for 20+ hours later ... now I didn't use the codetails they sent because I had it unlock faster somewhere else.... I never did get my money returned and I was asked to prove that my phone was unlocked by a different company. ... I'm going to sue this company for false advertising.

Where Do I Even Begin? What Should Have Been
Where do I even begin? What should have been an easy process turned into a month long ordeal of rudeness, incompetence and being ignored, before finally I received my money back (though this was only through my persistence (they did not make it easy). It was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company in my life.I asked them to unlock my Samsung Galaxy S5 whilst I was in Laos, where I would be for 5 days, and paid them the £17 in advance (30CAD). They said it would take them 1-2 days for me to receive the unlock code, however 3 days later I had heard nothing. I asked on their live chat service and they said they had already sent me the code, yet I looked everywhere in my inbox, spam and trash (no emails were deleted either) and it wasn’t anywhere to be seen. Fearing that I might have missed the code I asked what it should look like (i.e. what format it should be in), and the live chat assistant told me that she could just give me it there and then (which she did). When I then complained that the code was now nearly useless to me, as I had only 2 days more in which to use it, she become very aggressive, asking me “Why did I ask for the code if I didn’t want it?” (well duh, because I paid for it), and eventually “banned me from their website” (I never even asked for a refund, I merely complained that it had arrived late (which was even more annoying given that they’d had it ready for days already but hadn’t sent me it). To add insult to injury here, when I decided to actually try and use the code, IT DIDN’T WORK! Before they had banned me the best help they could offer in how to unlock my phone was to link me a poorly made YouTube video (which wasn’t their own, but some random one an individual person had made (and for the wrong phone anyway)). Following this also did not work. Also please note that I was trying to unlock a Samsung Galaxy S5, one of the most common phones in the world, and they could not manage even this. Then began the second phase of my ordeal - trying to get my money back. Their website said that if your code didn’t work you could email their customer service with a video of you using their code to try and unlock your phone. I did all this, and had received no reply after 5 days (not even an automated reply to confirm they’d received my email). I eventually decided to email them again, asking why there had been no response, and surprise surprise, they replied! I can only imagine they had chosen to purposely ignore my first email, otherwise I don’t know why they would reply so soon to my second. Many emails were sent either way in the next week (24 in total), many of their responses were sarcastic, blunt, and rude, accusing me of “trying things they hadn’t told me” (well of course I did as you provided me no instruction whatsoever besides a YouTube vide for the wrong phone) and providing me with no help whatsoever regarding the unlocking of my phone. It seemed as if a different person was replying to me each time (I kept receiving replies from different emails with no warning), and I had to repeat myself over and over on certain points (it was as if they weren’t actually reading my emails at all). In fact I could tell just from reading their emails that I knew more about unlocking phones than they did, simply from the amount I had googled and read about it. The height of their advice was “if you insert the unsupported SIM it will ask you for your code”. Well if they knew anything on the topic at all they would know that one of the most common problems people have when unlocking phones is that this does not happen (and the number of times I had to explain to them that my phone wasn’t asking for my code was absurd). Up till this point the three emails I had communicated with had been completely useless, offering no help in actually solving the problem and unlocking my phone, and never mentioning offering me my money back or anything. Eventually I found myself communicating with another support assistant who was the only vaguely good thing about this whole experience. He was relatively polite, possessed basic intelligence and people skills (she could learn a thing or two here), and in the end he offered me a refund, whilst also informing me of the final solution I could use to unlock my phone if I wanted to (although it involved rooting my phone, and a further $30, so I declined the offer). Finally, 1 month after paying the company, I got my money back, and good riddance. In summary, there are so so many options out there for unlocking your phone so do NOT use this company. As soon as I complained they tried to get rid of me my banning me from their website (without any reason) and ignoring my emails, but it pays off to be persistent. I’m not sure what their objective is, but they were rude, useless, late, sloppy, their code didn’t even work, and their knowledge on unlocking phone was non-existent. A total farce.
