Not working, not working not working

I ordered my unlock code 7 days ago! They didn't have a problem taking my money but 7 days later I have not gotten my unlock code and all 3 emails have gone unanswered! I would give u a no star rating but I want you go feel the pain of being Terrible! I'm a single mom with 3at home, I don't have money to throw away like that. SHAME ON YOU!!

The process they provided to put in the code did not work. The code was all zeros. I asked for help multiple times and there was no response. . It is a total sham as far as I can tell. These facts speak for themselves.

I was a bit nervous to try because my provider wanted $50.00 to unlock my lg440. These guys did it for under$9.00. Verrrrry pleased .

Be patient and the code arrives by email. Took 28 hrs from time I paid for email to show up . Process was well explained . Five minutes after receiving unlock code my phone worked with new provider

EXELENTE, TODOS LO DEVERIAN DE USAR!

I paid to unlock my Galaxy S5 and they contacted me to say that the code is not on their database and if i want to get 100% code i need to pay extra 7euro! What?! .... so when they said they can get u the code in a cheaper price it means that only the start and expect to pay extras along the process. Very bad service. And not to mention email sent are all in CAPITAL LETTER. And i thought thats rude. I switch to other company and its an easy no hassle no extra payment process. They should not put 100% guaranteed cos its a lie!

I have been waiting for the code to unlock my phone for almost 2 WEEKS!!!!

Customer service is horrible, takes two days to receive an answer, and when you get the answer is not what you are expecting. The web-site looks professional, but the service is very bad!!!!
