Unlock code for my Galaxy S2 didnt work - mobileunlocked refused to refund despite me meeting their terms and conditions before purchasing. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Nicely designed and easy to follow web pages. My old phone was easily unlocked and ready to go within only 15 minuets! It cost less than most mobile net works charge too. That may only be the case for my old phone, as prices differ.

About a week ago my galaxy GT-i9100 updated to Jelly Bean 4.1.2 and from then on it was locked to o2. Needed to unlock it to get back on to my preferred network provider.

Found good recommendations for mobileunlocked.com from GiffGaff and also an online PC magazine, so took the plunge to purchase an unlocking code from them. Was a leap of faith because I'd already seen masses of scam references to various phone unlocker sites. I needn't have worried.

Paid Mobile Unlock by paypal, got an immediate order confirmation email and 15 minutes later got an email with 2 codes in it and simple instructions. Without counting the power down and restart times, it took about 2 minutes to unlock the phone and half of that was only because I had to do it twice, the second time to use the 'Unfreeze' code first then enter the Network code .

This website, which I found through several google searches and had read good feedback about, sent me an unlock code within 20 mins and charged me less than half my network would have to send me a code within 20 days. No complaints, would highly recommend.

Got a code to unlock my Blackberry Curve 8520 in 10 minutes from payment. To me this was nothing short of a miracle seeing as I'd been trying to get my code out of O2 for three weeks, minus one day!!!!! It's only because I'm so naive when it comes to stuff like this that I never realised I could go somewhere else to get this service. I thought I had to wait for O2 to provide me with the code. At best O2 promised the code in seven working days which then dragged on to three weeks!!!!! And I had to endure endless phone calls to their customer services who promised to 'look into it' and then did precisely nothing. Had I known at the start that these services exist I would never have bothered going to O2. It's worth paying the £3.99 for the speed of service. In fact, I got O2 to cough up £10 to go to the open market to get a code as they had messed me about so much. If I ever need this service in the future I will definitely be using Mobile Unlocked.
