The site relies on stupid people not recovering their cash, to make their profit! Not worthy of 1 star rating.

Our son broke his phone ( again!) and needed one for a school trip. I dug out an old Lg mobile (5yrs old) and set about getting it unlocked from Orange. Contacted this 'company' and received an email saying I should get my code within a couple of hours but at busy times?? It could take 24hrs. I left it 6hrs and emailed them, no reply, I waited another couple of hrs and emailed again, no reply, I filled in a contact form on the website, no reply! Then a bit later I received an automated reply telling me to check order status on website. This took me back to ' contact us' I emailed again saying I was going to open a dispute with PayPal unless I received my unlock code. An hour later, 24 hrs after payment, I received an email saying unfortunately they couldn't unlock phone and would refund me within 5 days. I contacted them demanding an immediate refund or I would report them to PayPal. 1hr later I received a refund via PayPal.

I then contacted sim-unlock.net they cost £1 more but unlocked phone in 44 minutes!

Do not bother, they will send an email telling you they haven't been able to unlock your phone.

Do not use this site. Or you will want to do horrible things to them.

This must be some legal schemeto catch out the terminally stupid. Was asked to wait for 24 hours before applying for refund. Realized nothing was going to happen before that, so started a dispute process in Paypal. The remarkable thing is, they actually have a note on the Paypal dispute pages saying, this process will take weeks, click on this link to get an immediate refund in 10 minutes - and it worked.

So if you are someone who can be fobbed of for weeks or months about getting a refund, I guess that's who they are after.

Complete waste of time and £19.99.. They couldn't unlock my relatively newish phone yet were quick to take the money. They say they will get back to you with an unlock code within 12 hours... doesn't happen. Then when you ask for a refund, they tell you to wait for 5 working days but guess what? It never comes.

Stay away from this company, I'm surprised they are still operating as they haven't unlocked anyone's phone by the look of it.

Paid them for unlock code received e mail that they did not have unlock code but l will receive full refund but no refund did l receive have passed details on to the gov.com branch who deal with internet fraud and of course Google

Pay for servisse, send message saying they are unable to do the servisse and will refund, more 10 days nothing yet.

After taking your money they say they can't provide an unlock code and will refund your money in 5 days. I'm still waiting. Do not use this company.

When you google mobile unlock this is the first item that emerges as paid advertising. And it's really cheap.

But then after a few days they tell you that they weren't able to find a code and that they'll reimburse you within a week or so. Except they won't.

I just contacted them almost two months after and still waiting for them to reply. So even if they will reimburse me (which they probably wont) their business model is "pretend to be a business, then tell them we'll reimburse them and hopefully they'll forget about it." And probably most people do forget as it's not a lot of money.

Stay away from it.
