Ordered and paid for a code to unlock my mobile - turns out they were unable to help and they said they would refund my money.

On my account it is listed as 'refunded' sadly however the payment has yet to reach my bank account after 36+ hours and all contact with customer service (who you can only email) has been ignored.

My advice - don't touch with a barge pole!

I have submitted my order also amount got deducted from papal account and it says order completed but I have not received unlock code.

I have logged couple of cases with customer service but no response from them.

its really frustrating me.

Received response like "cannot unlock, need more money". Paid by PayPal. Refund was offered but did not receive yet (about six hours).

Ordered an unlocking code from them. It arrived after 20 mins.

All I had to do was insert the new SIM card, turn on and enter the code they sent.

Simple!

I should have know better but just wasted my money. Sent instructions then a code which was impossible to use because the software they said to download had no facility to enter code. Email communication with support was absolutely useless - Say no more.

Paid the fee, received a non-working code and got no answers afterwards. 

I bought a unlock code from them. It didn't work. I tried to contact them, still nothing. No reply, no help, no refund, no anything. Don't use them. Be aware!!

Unlocking by cable, followed instructions, and receive error message. Wrote them couple of times and no response, no feed back, no refund. 

Will be contacting OFT as lies about delivery time - said 5-15 minutes, took 12 hours following a complaint, supplied wrong code and Paypal found in his favour when I went to another supplier 'too quickly' but I needed the phone unlocked urgently. Would think the income he generates for Paypal is too precious for them to find against him. Beware.
