I purchased their premium service to unlock two iPhone 6s. Before I purchased the service, I asked a couple questions regarding the process, and the person I dealt with was very quick to respond to them. Once I purchased the service, I sent several emails regarding my order, and nobody has responded to them in 8 days. I understand the time difference, but they were very quick to answer before they got my money, but once they had it, all communication stopped. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

I was very skeptic about my iphone unlock on online websites. However I was not sure which service can really unlock and where can I fix up my money? I have used officialiphoneunlock.co.uk first time and i lost my money with them for their so called pre-order method. nevermind, it was 19 GBP which i was never gonna get back. I tried unlocking with this site called iUnlockStore and what the hack, It was done on first trial only. I don't know why all site cant use service like this?
