They will say they can unlock your phone, but then will try to charge you $99 to unlock it. If you ask for a refund they WILL NOT refund your money! 

iUnlock Pro only can unlock phones that can be unlocked for free by carrier. First, they charge you for unlocking then They say that can not unlock it unless You pay another $ 100. Of course no money back. In my case, it is not a stolen iPhone or in debts.

If your iPhone is not stolen, lost, has debt or contract, then it is yours and the carrier will unlock it for free.

these people suck big time. don't waste your money on them. they will email you after 10 days saying that they can't unblock your phone cause of some stupid reason and when you ask for refund, they not going to refund your money, THEY SUCKKKKKKKK

Don't pay them any money!

They are working from Cyprus. Paid them and iPhone 5C was not unlocked.

Tried to get a refund and they told me my provider ripped me off!

What provider is that? My phone is locked!
