I unlocked an iPhone 5 from EE network - it took 3 weeks, but it was successful. In the middle of the process I tried e-mailing and calling, but I had no reply. Luckily they came through and I can use the iPhone freely now.

Money taken but phone not unlocked and no response to e-mail and phone calls. 

This website deducted the money in my account then never received any answer from them.

Also i called them but they did not reply me. The iphoneunlock website deducted £150.

I have requested an iPhone 4 unlock and payed for it (£109 so not cheap at all) 3 weeks ago and at today this is still not done (19/12/2013).

Forget about the 3/4 days promised on the website or by confirmation email.

I have emailed then, wrote on the form on their website but did not get any email except the automatic one saying sorry for the delay after 4 days and 2 days ago on process to take to finalise the unlock.

My iPhone is not unlocked yet as following the process provided by email and reported on website my phone is still locked to Orange.

As confirmation email that unlock was done was not coming in i requested multiple times for refund but did not get a reply at all, not even now that i was emailed with "supposedly" the process to finalise the unlock.

I'm really upset, i just hope at some point they will unlock my phone as i spent £109, but service is definitely the worst on the planet!!

No idea from where the good review are coming from as not reply even once to my emails is really a very bad service!!

Not recommended at all, please look elsewhere.

Almost forgot, in the "supposedly" confirmation email that the unlock was done i was given this code so that i could enter a draw to win an iPad, of course i don't believe this is possible and i don't expect to win either (I wish to be wrong here btw) but i'm adding this here so that this people can see what i'm talking about as this should be linked to my unlock request in their systems. Initially was a bit doubtful but later on realised that its a genuine site and Had a wonderful service. Thanks ver much.

Right from the first sight of their website you can see that Officialappleunlock are professional, easy to use, with good payment choices, competitive rates and timely, polite, effective communication by email. I looked around and although prices are important, I wanted to be sure that my request would be dealt with efficiently. It was Why go elsewhere?
