Q1: What network it was locked to - and why you chose our service

A: vodaphone cheap ish service.

Q2: Why you wanted your iPhone unlocked

A: So I could change service provider.

Q3: Was the unlock delivered in a timely fashion?

A: Definately not. It took about 4 weeks.

Q4: Did you have a need to contact support, and were they responsive in their replies?

A: I TRIED to contact support numerous times by phone-NO ANSWER. By email-NO REPLY. On the so called support page-NO REPLY UNTILL I THREATENED TO HAVE MY BANK INVESTIGATE THE COMPANY then I got a reply very soon after telling me the supplier has guaranteed unlock by the end of the week. So seven days pass and no unlock. No answers to my questions on support page UNTILL I again said I would contact my bank, two hours later I got an email saying my phone is now unlocked BUT IF WE RECIEVE A REFUND REQUEST OFF YOUR BANK WE WE WILL WILL "BLOCK" YOUR PHONE. (Nice!!!!!).

Q5: Did the service meet your expectations?

Would you use us again?

A: we'll now, I did finally get my phone unlpcked, would I use the service again NO. Not UNTILL the sort out there support to customers.

Don't be fooled it does not work! I have emailed and they are not answering.

I've used them before to unlock other phones that I've purchased from Kijiji or someone else. They were able to get the unlock in minimal time and provide it back to me. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

do not buy from this site no reply ,NO money back , no phone NUMBERS, total waist of money .

This is totally a rip off, and wont be able to unlock iphone 4 with version 6.1.

i bought this iphone unlock package last january for about 49 dollars and it is a lifetime membership but now they marked my ip address and account as fraudulent. how can my account fraudulent while i bought this with my own credit card. now i cant even log in. can anyone help me with this prblem. thanks..

I requested assistance helping me get the unlocking program to work. they never responded. I sent two other requests to refund my $50. No response.

I tried to contact them via support ticket,contact us page, email no reply at all they dont have any software as they advertise. This is a cheating website. dont register and buy this and loss your money. whatever they say all r lies i believe not even a single unlock is dont by them they dont have there own software their are few links to free softwares which will not work as they advertise for iphone.
