I did on the other hand find it strange that I got the phone from ebay seller pittsburghshop ( as for a lot of his reviews he has a habit of selling bad phones) but he tried to make me got to this website & freeunlocks.com to get the phone unlocked, me to be a dummy i did it any ways, and still no unlocked phone when it was advertised as new and unlocked. well atleast i got my cash back from you guys, but the ebay story to still to conclude its self.

I'm currently traveling across Europe for a few weeks and forgot to unlock my T-Mobile HTC One (2013 edition) before I left. Found the site through Google and was able to get my unlock code in about 25 minutes. They take your money and say that they cant find it in the data base, but if you send more money, there is a 99% chance they can find it there. 

Sent 5 emails requesting help and none were answered. No way to contact them. Save your money try someone else.

I purchased a sim unlock for HTC with the express condition that there would be a full refund if they did not unlock the phone. Of course, they could not unlock the phone and now they have not processed my refund and they do not respond to my emails. I simply receive an automated response saying they are very busy...... I am sure they are busy. Attending to peoples complaints

I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Steer Clear of this company

I tracked the email and nobody even looked at it...

Scam site, don't use it, you won't get your unlock code and you won't get any refunds, not contactable.

got this for htc thunderbolt would not work ask him to refund my money he wont return my calls or emails still have not got refund do not buy from him he is dishonest not very good with his customers all i want is a refund cant use phone now

I placed an express order paying $14.95 on March 4th, 2013 with HTCSimUnlock.com and still today March 17th haven't received anything from them. I have requested a refund twice and have also received no reply, no unlock code and no refund. There is no way to get a hold of the company. Emails to them get an automated response and you can never get any other response from them. I warning you ahead of time DON'T USE THEM!!!!
