Ordered a code in October 2014, got email saying no code available, and despite a number of emails to them, still no refund!

They don't give code and hope people will forget as you have to wait 5 days and even after that you dont get the refund so avoid.

Paid them via Paypal then received an email next day to say they couldn't supply my unlock code.

They stated that they would refund my money in 5 days.

It only takes seconds to refund via Paypal so why the delay?

I should have researched this company before paying them any money!

Lesson learned!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They take your money, can't give you a code and then don't refund your fee. TOTAL RIP OFF.

Took my cash, no code, no refund. Had to rate 1 but should be 0. DO NOT USE

Tried using this website for 2 recently released phones and both times they failed to find any code.

Don't waste your time with this website

This is the second time I have attempted to use this service. Both occasions it followed the same pattern.

1 - Order unlock code and make payment.

2 - Unable to find code electronically and a team member is working on it. Wait 24 hrs.

3 - Follow up email asking for further details. Actually they just want the imei number again.

4 - Receive email after 24 hours stating unable to provide a code, suggesting this may be down to the age of the phone and a refund will be made within 5 days.

Don't hold your breath for the refund.

The phone in question is not an obscure phone and certainly not excessively old or brand new and therefore you would expect the unlock code to be readily available. My advice would be to pay a little more for your unlock code if you want success. There are some genuine companies out there or try the network the phone is locked to but code-unlock-now are best avoided.

Used this service before on 3 kids mobiles. Had a near instant successful response.

This time I was not so lucky, but they informed me within the 24 hours and I got a refund.

I would recommend them!

I received an email claiming they were having a look at it ...but nothing since .....I wish I had read the reviews first ...and not one person has had a phone unlocked by them .... Trading standards awaits
