The day after making the payment they sent an email saying they could not provide the unlocking code thus would make a refund within the next 24 hours, but that never happened. I sent several messages but received no response. Then reported to PayPal but they turned a blind eye.

They take payment and then acknowledge order by saying problem but will calculate and send to email within 24 hours

The only way is to chase them through PPal when you will be presented with an instruction to claim an instant refund through the sellers system

You know if you are here that their system relies on small value amounts not being reclaimed due to the difficulties of claiming

I have sent several emails to their customer service email (no call centre) and not even the courtesy of one response, I was waiting and waiting to get a code , nothing happens ever !

OI paid for a so called instant unlock code. The website said it would be £1.99 but when transferred to PayPal it became £4.79. I debated whether to abort at that point but I wanted the unlock code quickly so decided to proceed. When the money was paid I received an email stating that an instant code was not available but it would be forwarded within 24 hours. Then there follows a deathly silence. Three days later I got to the resolution centre at PayPal. What I found there is a request by the company to go to their website for an instant refund and please do not open a dispute. I did this and it would appear that a refund is being processed. What sort of company needs to leave such a message in the resolution centre. I would suggest it would be a company which has no intention of delivering anything and avoids being thrown out of PayPal by processing instant refunds for those who actually chase up the transaction. They will be becoming millionaires anyway because of the huge number of customers who just put it down to experience and write off the small amount of money that they have been tricked out of. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

Waiting for a refund since they were unable to generate an unlock code for a phone locked with Telus in Canada...

For Canadian phone owners, just call your phone company. They are required by law to provide you the unlock code for your phone for free.

Terrible Ordered a unlock code thinking it would be awesome, I was totally wrong! Thank GOODNESS for there instant refund website. I got a refund because no customer service! 0 email reply's. I was kind and explained what happened. No reply's at all! I would never recommend this to anybody!

No code sent, said would refund, but they didn't.

Won't reply to email. Looks like they just make money from people who forget to get a refund through paypal.

Paid via Paypal and when I saw all these reviews, pulled the plug immediately and used the instant refund site (see below link). We'll see if I would ever get my money back. Paypal emailed me stating that I should get my refund in a few days.

I don't recommend anyone to deal with this business. They are not responding to emails specially if it's regarding refund.
