I Have Read Some Horrible Reviews For This Phone A

I have read some horrible reviews for this phone and wonder what the reviewers were expecting. I bought this phone for $125 and expected what I paid for: a cheap, simple and usable phone. This phone delivers and more. Browsing is fast and easy, battery life (despite other reviews) is actually pretty good; a week with a few small calls a day. If you need a cheap phone that acts as a phone this is perfect. If not, why would you buy a $125 phone and then whine about it? For those of us where a phone is a tool and not a status symbol, this is the go.

Basic Entry Level Device With Full Feature Set. I

Basic entry level device with full feature set. If you are in the metro area and upgrade the handset software with the maintenance release ZTE put out on their site it all work fine.

It Was Free From Telstra So I Put Up With It And I

It was free from Telstra so I put up with it and Internet connectivity is fast and reasonably reliable with supplied software.. Cannot do punctuation, cannot add to dictionary, not supported by Bluetooth GPS devices, clipping in hands free mode, occasionally muffled sound due to mic placement, antenna at base covered by hand, battery life 1 day only while travelling. Had to write own software in Excel to import contacts - fixed import format must be adhered to, no field selection or anything fancy.

The ZTE F252 is a good entry level Next G phone that doesn't cost the earth and works well. No problems in getting used to menu and functionality. JoinME is useful software through USB and bluetooth works a treat. Voice calling is good quality. Opera Mini runs faster than on SE Z800i.

I find this phone amazing - perfect battery time (almost equals nokia), best cam in range of 1.3 MP and simple and easy interface.

Also usb charging and bluetooth - really cool

I got ZTE F850 and ZTE F252, both are amazing.

There is nothing good about the ZTE F252. It has poor battery life, poor reception, auto text doesn't learn words, charging takes forever, bad build quality, poor charger/phone connection. Horrible phone, avoid at all costs.

If you find Kia's are an acceptable mode of transport, this may be the phone for you. On the other hand, if you like buying products that make at least some attempt at build quality and styling, stay well clear.

No Real Thought Has Been Put Into This Product. It

No real thought has been put into this product. It seems as though it has the features and it has been put together in a very cheap and basic casing.

This is great for people looking for a phone which has a lot of features but is not too expensive. Possibly a good work phone or for younger people who like to use its features such as the MP3 player or internet while commuting.
