i purchased sony w350i from car phone warehouse slough on 29/07/09the flip broke within 3 months returned phone shop would not fix free further letters and emails did not rectify broken flip finally forced to take to small claims court wear i was awarded fullrefund plus costs under sales of goods act i hpoe this can be of some help to anyone else with same fault

Overall, the Sony Ericsson W350i is almost perfect, affordable and has a gorgeous design. However I am unable to adjust (manually) the equalizer, the supplied headset -needs more bass.

The Sony Ericsson W350i phone is a great phone as has an amazing camera and can put music on easily.
However the bad ting is there is no video recording , why does such a modern phone have no video recording but has a video folder , what can you do and get videos ?!
Also it might be just me but i cant seem to hear the person on other side of the phone very well !
Otherwise this phone would be perfect if had a video recording and can hear the other person clearly .
I disagree with this review because the battery goes very quick and the reception is very bad and its not just my phone its all of my friend
