The Nokia 2600 Classic Has A Good Solid Feel To Bu
The Nokia 2600 Classic has a good solid feel to buttons, although the navi button is on the small side. Slim and compact with a decent sized screen. The graphics are average to good for the price of phone (UK £32 PAYG Virgin). Picks up a signal where my wife's Samsug J700 & my old Trium doesn't (both on Virgin too). If you want to take pictures use a proper camera, VGA at 0.3 Mp is poor. The hands free speaker is great - good quality sound too, even with the phone face up. First charge gave me 20 days of minimal use (averaged 2 texts & 1 call a day). Useability 9/10; Features 7/10; Design 9/10; Value for money 10/10.

Having Owned A Serious Amount Of Phones Over The Y
Having owned a serious amount of phones over the years, I was very surprised how good this phone was. It's very light weight, battery lasts around 5 days, easy to use / set up, and lots of features. The camera doesn't seem great to me, so would never use this facility, but good if you just want a reliable phone for calling and texts. Reminds me why I used to buy Nokia all the time, and annoyed with myself for going years with other brands and PDAs. For a basic phone, it has some good mid range features such as loud speaker, radio, Bluetooth, camera, and some conversion tools as well as money management tools. It would be a good phone for a young person, or eldery person. I myself am a male in my late 20's who is seriously into gadgets and I swear by this phone even more than the £400 phones I've owned before. If you're thinking of buying this new or second hand, please do so. I guarantee 100% this is a purchase you won't regret.
