MOTOROLA Mobile Phone, Model W 377, is neat, works as a phone but does not do what it purports to do. It can take photoes and, spposedly, upload / transfer them to a computer.
BUT, that does not work because the phone is UNPLUGGED!
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HELP FROM Motorola about this! Their UK site is, constantly,reverted to the USA So hours / weeks of time and energy is wasted. Motorola demands information, for other, possible, help that I am unable to access as, with impaired visionthe, repeated, information they demand is invisible to me. Having been advised that only the manufacturer can help, I have found that to be inaccessible This phone is £10 cheaper, to purchase, ONLINE. bUT, I PURCHASED from a shop who ae unable to help me.
