Motorola MOTORAZR² V9

I wrote an e-mail to CanadaGSM.ca prior to placing an order and asked them if the phone they sold would work with AT&Ts 3G data network. They promptly sent me a reply indicating that it would. I subsequently purchased the unbranded and unlocked RAZR2 V9. When it arrived I found that it would not work with AT&Ts 3G data network. It would only work with the AT&T EDGE network. I e-mailed the vendor explaining the problem. They told me to contact AT&T to get the necessary settings. I contacted AT&T and they gave me settings for the APN and websessions. I entered these into the phone in the appropriate fields but it still could not access AT&Ts 3G data network. I never used the phone to place a call sinceI first wanted to verify the 3G data funcionality. I repeatedly e-mailed the company explaining that I had not placed any calls on teh phone and requesting a refund but they did not agree to providing a refund. So, do not trust information from this company about the capability of their phones and based on my experience, you should presume that you will not be able to receive a refund if your item does not work as advertised or stated.
