I had a horrible experience with Witrigs. Customer service was extremely slow with limited English skills. They sent me a dysfunctional screen replacement (DOA) and a damaged speaker cover. Then conveniently blamed everything on mishandling. I lost my money, not a single solution was offered. They might send the parts, but If there is an issue expect nothing from this company. I am shouting out to please perform your research before ordering.

I ordered a magnetic port side panel for the sony z3 compact. The adhesive tape (shown on the pictures on the website) is missing so I can't fixate it to the phone. Sent 3 (!) emails to support each 1 week apart but NO response. I won't buy from Witrigs again!

I received fake (not original) display without ASF (SONY logo just printed on display) and smaller brightness than original display has. I sent photos and videos with approves about fake but Witrigs support just say something like "it's normal" and didn't answer anymore on my letters. I'll never buy anything in this shop.

I ordered a complete Iphone 5 screen assembly for half the price it would have cost me in the UK. Communication was excellent, from point of order to delivery.
