We have an older iPod and the battery wasn't working any longer. They emailed back and forth with us. We mailed the iPod and they returned very quickly. They did what they said they would do when they said. Well worth the money and they can be trusted.

It is a very good place to repair apple phones and tablets. If I was to think of a place to go to repair my iphone, ipod, ipad or anything else, it would defenitly be my choice :)

It was surprisingly difficult to find a place in Romford (Essex) that would repair my iPad cracked screen.
