The App does not have all of the features advertised and when I tried to cancel, they had an obscure line that because the app was bought through promotion, no refund was eligible. I am talking no more than 1 hour.

The app is horrible and the customer service is even worse. Do not even try this app.

The online chat person just tells you to email and the email just said sorry, no refund. Back to the online chat, and the same person I received the email from, tells me to email again, lol

When Familytime was launched everybody was talking about it and I read many reviews within few days and most of the people were satisfied so I gave it a try. Well, I'm not using it for my kids because they are too young for smartphones but yes their granny needs it and I'm using it for her. You might find it funny to use a parental control for grandparents but folks, It's very good for elder care. She can send me pick me up and panic alerts which are most helpful for me and guess what, it's easy to use for her as well. I'm using location tracking features mostly and they're pretty good!

I'd say it’s another name for stress free life. I’ve been looking for an app that could keep me informed and I found Familytime. It keeps me updated with kids' location, their online activities and their smartphone usage anytime and anywhere. Isn't it cool? Well, I think it’s a shortcut to keep kids protected. Overall its use is very simple and easy to understand. I’m very bad with tech but still its interface is understandable. From GPS tracking, Internet monitoring to mobile phone checking, all features are helpful for me. I'd suggest you to give it a try.

Everybody is holding tablets and iPods but I don’t know why parental control was not compatible with these. Finally family time works on tablets and iOS. I’m using it on my tablet and till now haven’t experience any app freeze. It updates all the browsed web sites even if kids delete them all I can still watch what they look for on internet. Another interfering thing is that its very fast in sending alerts about Watchlist contacts. My friend is also using it on her iPod and she is also satisfied with it on iOS. It gets my strong recommendation.
