Fall Asleep Fast / Go Back to Sleep

After experiencing long term problems due to GERD-related sleep deprivation, I bought "Fall Asleep Fast" and "Go Back to Sleep" as a package, yesterday, and took both to bed on an iPad last night. First, I fell asleep very quickly listening to "Fall Asleep Fast" and when I awakened at 4:00 AM, I turned on "Go Back to Sleep" and DID! Because the recordings are on an iPad, I was subjected to a brightly lit screen for a few minutes while I selected the second hypnosis recording, and I feared being launched into alertness. Seemingly the light caused no problem, once the induction began. I was gone.

I'm sorry, I can't tell you what was in those scripts. I was fast asleep when they played out and the iPad puts itself to sleep also. It was my best night's sleep in ages.

I have used successfully used hypnosis in the past and consider it a safe and sensible means to avoid pills, pain, etc., and to change habits. I also use it instead of anesthetic at the dentist's. It works!
