Bemilo

Most of the time the service does not work or part of it . I. Bought to numbers for my kids 9 months ago. Nothing works on Bemilo. I have had replaced sims. New numbers given to me with no notice , data not working texts not working and when I finally give up, they will not provide the PAC codes for me to take the numbers with me. , rejected guardian numbers. They never call you back despite 15 requests over 3 months and the coverage is dreadful. It is good to try and get security for kids phones, and I do not mind paying the high prices, but not at the price where 11 year old cannot contact you in an emergency when they have missed the bus which is the very reason they have the phones ,,. Go for the straight forward Vodafone security apps it has got to be simpler.

Steer clear from Bemilo. I have had an ongoing issue with them regarding getting voicemail on my daughters mobile phone. I have been trying to get someone to sort this issue out since the end of October. Appalling lack of communication from them and am inclined to think that this is a company in dire trouble.

I applied for a sim. After chasing them for 3 weeks with no-one returning my calls, they then said that they cannot supply new sims at the moment. It is now a further 4 weeks on and still no information as to when they will be open again for new business. The website continues to show a "maintenance" message. Very disappointing. No way to run a business.

This is a great idea, a phone sim for kids which can be controlled through a website. My problem is the network coverage though quoted as ok for outside is extremely poor and unreliable.

Now I get to the nub. Bemilo's customer services/support is totally non-existant. You ring them up, they say they will ring you back, but they never do.

In a word 'HOPELESS'
