Ordered a genuine charger, received the one with a different output and a wrong mains cable. At first they promised to rectify, but after a numerous emails they didn't even bother to reply to any messages.

Get your items on ebay, the cost is the almost the same, but you will receive protection against them sending wrong items. Wouldn't use again and sure to spread the word about the way they do their business and treat their customers.
