I bought the iPhone 4s case for the radiation-blocking features. I can't tell if that is working or not, but the battery life and signal strength definitely work. The product is sleek, not too clunky, and I feel more safe using it than another case.

I haven't had to use the customer service so I can't speak to that, but I have read reviews where people have been happy when they've contacted them. The phone came in a nice little box, on time, and I easily installed it and it works!
