Money grabbing toads, taking money off customers and failing to hand over the goods! My order has been missing for over a month and they are refusing to provide a refund! PayPal have been notified and I have since raised a dispute, daylight robbery if you ask me. Be warned!!!

Purchases multiple cases in April 2012. After waiting the required delivery time, I requested a refund. Its not Augurst 2012 and I am still waiting!

I contact every day, each time they tell me they have passed the query on to the relevant department and thank you for my understanding!!!!

Please never use this site. Its run by true cowboys. Thanks google for putting this site in the paid links and top of the rankings. Google just out for No1 and not whats best for the consumer.

I ordered a hard-shell case for my 13" MacBook (white unibody) and they sent me a case for a MacBook Pro. There was no return address on the package and no return label in the package. I've contacted them several times through their website. They will not issue and RMA for me to return the case. I'm out $32 and still have no case! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

total rib off!they charged my twice for one item they did get in contact with me back as try to get my money back!i send items back and never got my money back or the items!!no communication just been ignored of them !would never recommend that company to anybody!!

i spent £30 on phonecase, they sent a confirmation, this was over 6 weeks ago..everytime i contact them to find out where it is, they give me same ref that takes me to tracking co in hongkong..however no trace of it in UK...& no tracking to find...tthey will no longer answer me & will not refund me...i paid by debitcard so no way of claiming back.AVOID!!!
