The Plantronics Voyager 520 Has Very Good Volume O

The Plantronics Voyager 520 has very good volume on this headset. Much better than the old motorola 850 with the folding boom. Solid feeling on your ear. Charges quickly. Easy pairing. Lost voice activation on my Motorola Razr and that takes the shine off of this headset. Plantronics support is terrible. Live chat was disconnected twice when I explained my problem. Email has generate no response from Plantronics. I will try ot resolve it myself and if I can't, it goes back to where I bought it. Will look at a Jawbone or Jabra Some good features. Easy access to smile controls. Charges quickly. Pairs up nicely. Lost voice activation with a Razr. Poor support from the company so far.

The Plantronics Voyager 520 Is Poor In So Many Are

The Plantronics Voyager 520 is poor in so many areas. Call and voice command features do not work; have to use cell phone. Limited distance. Crackling connection in a lot of situations. Goes to sleep on you and you find yourself fumbling to reconnect with cell phone. Overall a very poor performance for a very hefty price. Move on to you next choice!

Compared To My Old Bluetooth Ver 1.2 Sony Akono Th

Compared to my old bluetooth ver 1.2 Sony Akono the plantronics voyager 520 is a complete waste of money. The multipoint aspects are just not worth the loss of quality and function. Save yourself the money and don't bother. Lost voice activation with my phone. Every other headset I have owned has automatically bought up the voice dialling when you press the call button. Not the 520. Really this makes it useless for an in car handsfree.

The sound quality deteriorates completely if you move around relative to the phone and the range seems very limited.
