The Nokia Bluetooth Wireless Keyboard Su-8w Has Go
The Nokia Bluetooth Wireless Keyboard SU-8W has good design but spoilt by unreliability and breakdown makes it an expensive mistake.
I looked after this keyboard very well and used it a lot, but now it's useless and I don't know how to get it fixed.
Don't buy!

The Nokia Bluetooth Wireless Keyboard SU-8W is great! It is everything I want in a blue tooth keyboard, except for the fact it doesn't sit well on your lap. You need to place it on a hard surface when you fold it out. I highly recommend this keyboard.

I Purchased This Wireless Keyboard In March 2006,
I purchased this wireless keyboard in March 2006, with an intention to make notes on my 6630 mobile phone. I surveyed a lot, this product was not available on any mobile phone stores in Pakistan. Ultimately I found it from an authorized NOKIA distributor here.
It was too expensive for me because it is just a wireless keyboard, however they must have spend heavy R&D Budget in manufacturing this product, but I found it very expensive as a customer. I purchased it because I had predecided to purchase it.
The first bad thing about this keyboard I realized, when lady on cash counter was making receipt of it, she said "NO WARRANTY". So it became a high risk heavy investment for me.
I used it happily for a month. I typed my college lectures and made notes on my mobile phone using it. Played games as well. It was running fine.
But one day 'Q' key stopped working, I thought that there must be a dust particle or something, I blowed air in it and it was fine again.
After 2 days 'Q', 'S' and 'E' stopped working. I realized that this is not a case of dust or rust, it is something technical. I went back to that NOKIA's Dealer and told him the story. He said again "NO WARRANTY" but I will try to help you. He kept my keyboard in his lab for 2 weeks after which he said "A CONNECTIVITY WIRE INSIDE THIS KEYBOARD IS CRACKED, NOKIA HAS STOPPED MANUFACTURING THIS WIRE WHICH IS CONNECTING TWO SIDES OF THIS KEYBOARD"
So better go home and spill tears on your wrong investment.
That is why I would suggest everyone to make it sure (before purchasing it) that it has full warranty. Although there is no use to buy this keyboard because folding design of this keboard is prone to wire cracking problem and NOKIA is no more manufacturing it. HUH!
