I Enjoy Using The Hs801 In Airports And Cars When

I enjoy using the HS801 in airports and cars when travelling. It works fine for periods of 30 - 60 minutes after which it "can" make your ear sore if you have put it on too tightly. due to its larger size you are tempted to really make it clamp down hard on your ear, but that is really not necessary in practice. I almost always have clear conversations and connections with my phone unless the battery is weak.

There Seems To Be A Heap Of Bad Press For This Lit

There seems to be a heap of bad press for this little headset, but I've never had any real problems with it. Yes, it is soft, and if you're speaking to someone with hearing difficulties you'll end up yelling into the piece, but that's the worst of it. I paid a big $0 for it and I've never needed to go out and buy a better headset. In fact it's lasted longer than the phone that originally came with it!

I Have Been Using This With My Razr For One Year.

I have been using this with my RAZR for one year. Now I am trying to hook it up to my Blackberry, but the Blackberry does not recognise the Motorola HS801 bluetooth headset. I don't know why.

At First, I Thought It Was Because My Parents Were

At first, I thought it was because my parents were deaf but it's true, no one can hear me on this thing. I left a message to myself on my work phone using the device (in a quiet room upstairs) and could barely understand my message when I retrieved it. This thing is a piece of junk

I Basically Recieved This 801 Free When I Signed U

I basically recieved this 801 free when I signed up for Cingular, but I may have paid too much in time. This unit is a real waste of time and money (if you pay anything for it).

My Motorola Hs801 Uses The Same Charger As My Phon

My Motorola HS801 uses the same charger as my phone but the earpiece fell completely apart. The rubber broke at the end of the plastic. after less than ayear and the plastic soon followed. It still works but I would have to hold it to my ear. I couldn't recommend it as per the ear piece, it isn't well made for the long haul.

At Fisrt It Seemed Like A Great Deal, But The Moto

At fisrt it seemed like a great deal, but the Motorola HS801 is just not what you want in a head set, it's uncomfortable, and in my case it worked fine during one call and all of a sudden it never worked again.

I Have Found The Motorola Hs801 Headset Light & Co

I have found the Motorola HS801 headset light & compact which makes it relatively comforable to wear although it is not as ergonimically designed as some of the more expensive brands & can become uncomfortable & irritating over long periods of wear. Functionally, the headset is easy to use & I have found the battery life to be one of it's strong points. I have found the general sound quality of the headset speaker to be average & have experienced regular bouts of minor static which whilst annoying at times typically has not compromised my ability to communicate with the person on the "other end". The sound quality seems to degrade measurable when more than 10 feet from the mobile phone with increaed static. Having said that, it is important to note that the person on the "other end" has in all accounted queries, heard my voice with uncompromised clarity to the level of a non-wireless headset. Overall, I believe the HS801 in terms of value for money is quite a good score. If you are after absolute uncompromised quality, go for your genuine expensive "brand" headsets. If you are after an inexpensive headset that gives reasonable performance under most conditions, the HS801 is a good choice.

The Motorola Hs801 Is A Promising Little Package T

The Motorola HS801 is a promising little package that is completely let down by having to constantly apologies to your callers for the bad echo at their end.
