I would definitely NOT recommend this item. I am very upset that I spent $50.00 for a piece of equipment that doesn't work.

It's Light Weight But The Motorla H500 Bluetooth 1

It's light weight but the Motorla H500 Bluetooth 1.2 Headset is terrible to the person listening to me because of frequent drops. I prefer my old Jabra 130, better sound.

A Friend Of Mine Had The Motorola H500 Bluetooth 1

A friend of mine had the Motorola H500 Bluetooth 1.2 headset and let me borrow it. I tried it and I liked it. He bought his at Wal-Mart for 64 dollars. So I ordered two headsets; one for my wife and one for me on the internet for 54 dollars with some change.

I was disappointed in how they worked. If I had the cell phone in the right pocket and the headset in the left ear I would get static. I did not remember this happening with my friends headset. I tried my wife's headset and had the same thing. I asked my friend for his again to make a side by side comparison. On his the sound quality was much better, and there was no static for a good 15-20 feet. Also, when you push the buttons and hear a tone, the tones on his headset were much louder than the ones I ordered. Yet when you put them side by side they look identical. The packaging was identical. They were both the same model number. I give my friends headset a 7. I give the two I ordered a 1. My friend had the same headset for his wife and I tried it with the same results.

So Motorola, what's the deal? Either someone is making a lot of money off you or you have lowered your standards. This also explains why there are so many mixed reviews on the same model headset.

I returned my 2 headsets and bought them from Wal-Mart. They work the same as my friends.

I Am Going To Exchange My Motorola H500 Bluetooth

I am going to exchange my Motorola H500 Bluetooth 1.5 headset. I do support on the phone and when I am in the car or elsewhere I need the people I am talking to to be able to hear me clearly. It fits nicely on my ear, and it is comfortable, and for listening the sound quality was fine.

The Motorola H500 Bluetooth 1.2 Headset Is One Of

The Motorola H500 Bluetooth 1.2 Headset is one of the worst. It's like talking through a rag. The mic sucks. It picks up other sounds better than it picks up your voice. A boom closer to your mouth would be a lot better. These manufacturers haven't figured out that the voice is thrown forward and not back to your earpiece, thus making your voice muffled.
