Do not buy anything from this website! They will take your money, send you a DVD that doesn't work and then, after making you jump through a million hoops to try and get your money back, they will refuse to send you a refund.

The Satnav DVD is not recognised by my car, although original M-B disc is.

Contacted the company and kept getting fobbed off.

Asked for a replacement but still fobbed off. The warranty quoted on their website is worthless!

If you look at other reviews you will see that they do not sign for returned postage items.

I shall be putting this down to experience, I hope you also learn from my mistake!

I bought a disc from them. Didn't work. I was asked to send a photo of the error report on the screen and a picture of my original disc. Did all this. Then asked if i'd cleaned the equipment. Replied I had. Then was asked to purchase cleaning equipment from them and provide a video of this. Had enough at this stage. Asked for a refund and returned the faulty disc. No reply or response for 2 months then a snotty reply stating PayPal refund not possible after 2 months. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Tried to post reviews on their website. They wouldn't accept and I believe most if not all of the positive reveiws are self posted.

SATNAVDISCSALE.COM, Disc does not work!!!!! I put the updated disc in the Sat Nav only for it to say route cannot be calculated. Any destination you put in it comes up with the same voiced message. As soon as I replace it with the original disc it works fine. Initially they responded to my emails and asked for evidence of the issue. They assured me it was the correct disc but I have now had no contact in 3 days and no reply to my last 3 emails. Not overly confident of a reply, replacement disc or my money back.

satnavdiscsale.com, 1st disc didn’t work, replacement disc didn’t work. Satnav message comes up and says no disc installed or unable to read disc .Genuine navteq disc that came with the car still works perfectly. Asked for a refund but never received reply. DO NOT BUY!

Deeply suspicious. Paid for my order by PayPal (thank God.) on Saturday 14 March (including 1st Class postage charge), expecting delivery today, but no sign. Tried phoning, but only a mobile/cell phone which wasn't answered, only an answering machine of sorts. Anyone else had problems with these people.

I inadvertently bought the wrong disk, and in response to my very polite email I received a rude and abrupt response. The customer service experience has not been pleasant and apart from being advised of a charge to return the disk, I have been advised to sell it on eBay. BLOODY GOOD SERVICE NOT!!!
