I Purchased One Of These Sat Navs As I Would Be Tr
I purchased one of these Sat Navs as I would be travelling in Europe, US and Canada. The unit didn't automatically update itself with the 60 day update period and there were no prompts either. I was naive in thinking that as the device was brand new the maps would be up to date, how wrong was I. A major highway that was about 2 years old was not on the device map!! Contacted Garmin, all I can say is POOR customer service. They didn't seem to care. Fobbed me off. Advice, don't buy a Garmin device, go somewhere else for better device and customer service!
