I agree with the previous person's review. If you were looking into an ecommerce software, Homestead is definitely a good choice. Their software is not easy to manage and has very little flexiblity once the design is finalized. It can take you weeks to just change a page detail layout on a web page. Imagine you spend hours of the tech support and most of the time problems and issues were not able to be resolved immediately. one small request can take up to one to two weeks for a resolution. When certain requests are under urgent situtation, The aggrevassion of slowness and irresponsive customer support service will burn you hundreds of brian cells. This is not just about it. The design service is even worse. They claimed that they are the senior and very expeirenced designer. In fact, they are not able to do what they commit to do. The output could to be very different than the promises. my overall experience with Homestead was bad. I waste more than one thousand dollars for the crappy design. I had to abandon the whole thing becuase it waste me so much of my time to fix a little thing. This is just a beginning. I can imagine it will become a disaster if more investment is devoted to this web hosting company. I didn't see any future with it. I am sure they are plenty of well structured softwares in the market. I learned a big lesson here. Homestead just want your money. They couldn't offer much! Folks, do lots of Search and compare many products before commiting to anything!

Homestead is impossible to end accounts with. If you sign up be prepared for the battle of your life when you want to quit. There is nothing and I mean nothing they are not capable of. I cannot over warn you.
