The user is allowed to creat auction templates that minimize time to create a listing, allows the user to schedule listing start times or list immediately. The support for this inexpensive little program is impeccable. On the few ocassions I have needed tech support I have received an answer within 12 hours (usually less) and the instructions have always been clear, concise and have, without fail, solved the problem.
