Aptana is definitely for people who know what they're doing and who will appreciate the hassle free interface. It is also for those who want to get hands-on experience with web technologies, but without having to memorize (completion and highlighting).There's no insertion for ready-made objects (images, tables, forms, etc) just for the aforementioned reasons (actually, it's great there's no such feature, mostly since web sites are moving towards Web2.0)

Aptana IDE is a good replacement to web editors such as Dreamweaver and Frontpage for anyone seeking a freeware tool to edit their HTML and CSS. It is easy to use and has auto-completion to speed up the development of your web pages.
