Probably the only company with so many flawed priciples and employees.Eg The account ASPIRE has many people who have come here on HSMP visa from India before(Now a days they come on Tier 2 Visa).These people who have come here on HSMP visa have blatantly moved to another UK jobs when they were asked to go back to base locations in India.The company is well aware of this and does nothing to prevent that like converting their HSMPs to Tier 2 visas before they take the big step.In short the company allows such things because in that case they need not pay them the dues the employee deserves to get back in India.

The company should have immediately flagged their names as abscondees and the border agency should also take care not to renew such peoples' visas because they are going to stay here and steal the jobs from the british people.THe irony is that many british people support this as it is cheaper on the company.
