ULeadPhoto Impact XL SE

Photo Impact is a fairly standard photo editing suite that is pretty good for non-professionals and casual home users. I wouldn't use this for any serious or heavy-duty editing work, as the features are somewhat lacking, but what it does, it does well and overall I have no complaints.

There are better alternatives out there, but many of them are unsuitable for beginners, so this may be a good choice if all you need is to crop, rotate and change the lighting etc..
