Masterpiece Solutions Gallery Version

Where do I even begin? This is one of the most terrible computer programs I have ever used. There are constant glitches with it and subtle nuances that you have to learn to get it to even do anything. As art gallery software you would think it would be capable of one main thing- Client Lists. But nope, Masterpiece is not capable of producing these. If you use this program for your website, good luck getting a template that doesn't look like it's from 1995. They have no design sense and also act COMPLETELY clueless when you try to alter features on your website that you are paying them for. The search feature in the Contacts tab is highly unreliable to fin key words in a contact listing. I could go on and on. If you want them to do anything, be prepared to wait for at least 3 weeks for them to get it done. Even then they won't do what you said to do.

I love Masterpiece Solutions and the excellence behind them! I started with this Masterpiece in 2009 and have never looked back. "Excellence"is actually an understatement. The people on the team are the best I've ever had a chance to work with. Kevin and the support Jesse is phenomenal. Anytime I have had any issues he has been there immediately.With little time left over each day to deal with mistakes and problems with my purchases and shipments, Masterpiece has definitely made my life easier! Thank you for putting every effort to go above & beyond to making a gallery owner enjoyable!!!

Its a nice, comprehensive program. But it has so many problems I don't know where to begin. Unfortunately i have not used other programs to compare it to but there has to be something better out there. Customer support is good. Program is so glitchy it causes headaches almost on a daily basis.

Very slow. Has cost us time and money because of the problems it has created. And they do not support past versions or provide information on how to fix a problem. I have never seen a program so disliked by ALL my employees. It's complicated, slow and has not been flexible.

As a gallery director I found it frustrating to use tools for years that were not tailored to my needs. Masterpiece Solutions and the people that work there have developed the best art gallery software program I have found. Everything I need to run my gallery, manage my staff and support my client le is right there. Though the product requires some time to learn the payoff is more than worth it.

Masterpiece Solutions Gallery is comprehensive software. Saves us a TON of time. Amazing customer support Highly, highly recommend.

Masterpiece Solutions Gallery Version is a great product, despite the glitches, and the fact that they do so many program updates is really how they are able to stay on top of a lot of the issues.

I think the customer service is unbelievably good. They are always willing to help me troubleshoot problems with the system, and the system as a whole is really great, better than another art inventory system I had used before.

The best product I have found on the market to handle my consignment payments, oranize my inventory and synchronize my retail business dynamically with my web presence. I could do business without it.
