It Does Scan Very Well If You Put It On Photo Scan
It does scan very well if you put it on photo scans but the documents created or 2mbs in size for just one document. If you lower the resolution the document is literally reduced in size and you can only print out a reduced size duplicate of the document. I run quickbooks and when it makes a pdf the average size is 10kb per page.
This is not a good program unless for document scanning to pdf. The files it creates are to large. Therefore I do not recommend ABBYY FineReader 8.

ABBYY finereader has many useful features. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a high quality OCR program.
