Site provides live support software services (live chat/live help). I decided to add live help to my e-commerce site because I couldn't afford to pay for a toll-free # yet. It was easy to set up because I didn't need my own server to run the chat; only added the chat coding on my site to get it working.

The nifty feature is that I can see who's on my website, and what city they're from (cool). I've tested the chat a few times and haven't come across any problems.

I also like that I can watch over my website using my Mac web browser; I don't have a Windows computer and some services required such.
