Having Bought A New Hp Computer This Would Not Com
Having bought a new HP Computer this would not communicate with the OKI (rather old) printer. Searching the internet I found Driver Whiz - "solutions for all driver problems". $47 download only to be told after it had scanned my system "NO DRIVER AVAILABLE". Many emails of complaint and after 2 emails about the problem I was getting no wher so asked for refund. Driver Whiz then refused to communicate with me. As I bought it though PayPal France approcahed them - imagine my amazment when they refused to help as according to them Driver Whiz is not on their recommended sites. So I contacted OKI and 2 minutes later they sent me a download and all is well. Well I still am $47 short and would not recommend PayPal who I thought helped the internet purchaser?
